IQC — Incoming Quality Control

Before any production begins, all incoming raw materials and components undergo thorough inspection. This first gate ensures that only qualified materials enter our production line, preventing defects from the very start.

Inspection Items:

• Fabric verification: Weight (GSM), color consistency (ΔE measurement), texture, tensile strength, and colorfastness
• Zipper & hardware inspection: Smooth operation, pull force, color match, and dimensional accuracy of all zippers, buckles, D-rings, and metal fittings
• Leather/PU thickness check: Digital gauge measurement at multiple points to ensure uniform thickness within tolerance (±0.1mm)
• Material specification confirmation: Cross-referencing incoming materials against approved sample cards and purchase order specifications
• Color lot consistency: Batch-to-batch color verification under D65 standard light source
• Defect rejection protocol: Any material failing inspection is quarantined and returned to supplier with detailed non-conformance report

IPQC — In-Process Quality Control

During production, our IPQC team conducts continuous monitoring at each workstation. Random in-line inspections catch potential issues before they propagate through the production line, ensuring consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Monitoring Points:

• Cutting precision monitoring: Verification of cut dimensions against pattern templates; acceptable tolerance ±1mm
• Sewing quality checks: Stitch density (stitches per inch), thread tension consistency, seam strength testing, and visual inspection for skipped stitches or thread breaks
• Logo application inspection: Embroidery density, silk screen registration accuracy, heat transfer adhesion, and position verification against approved artwork
• Divider board installation: Proper alignment, secure attachment, and smooth slot operation for multi-way top configurations
• Frame assembly checks: Stand mechanism deployment, locking engagement, and structural integrity of bag frame components
• Random in-line sampling: Hourly random抽检 (spot checks) from each production line with immediate corrective action if defects detected

FRI — Final Random Inspection

Once production is complete and products are packed, our FRI team conducts a comprehensive final random inspection based on the internationally recognized AQL 2.5 sampling standard. This is the last quality gate before products are approved for shipment.

Inspection Scope:

• AQL 2.5 sampling: Statistically representative sample drawn from the completed lot per ISO 2859-1 / ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standards
• Comprehensive appearance check: Color consistency, stitching quality, surface defects (scratches, stains, wrinkles), and overall aesthetic standards
• Functional testing:
  • All zippers: smooth operation, no sticking
  • Stand mechanism: deploy/retract function
  • Shoulder straps: adjustment and padding integrity
  • All pockets: access and closure function
• Dimensional verification: Height, width, depth measurements against specification sheet; weight balance check
• Divider count & configuration: Verify correct number of dividers and top configuration per order specification
• Accessory check: Rain hood, towel ring, glove holder, and any included accessories present and functional

Packaging and shipping readiness verification

PSI — Pre-Shipment Inspection

The final inspection stage verifies that products are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for safe international shipping. This stage ensures that the goods arrive at the destination in the same condition they left our factory.

Shipping Verification:

• Packaging inspection: Carton quality, inner lining/polybag, product protection materials, and packing method per client specification
• Shipping marks & barcode verification: Correct SKU labels, barcodes, carton marks, and shipping information printed clearly and accurately
• Quantity confirmation: Final count verification against packing list and purchase order; over/short shipment tolerance documented
• Drop test: Sample cartons subjected to controlled drop tests to verify packaging protection adequacy for transit
• Pallet inspection: Pallet stacking pattern, stretch wrap quality, corner protection, and load stability for container loading
• Loading supervision: Optional container loading supervision service available — our team can monitor and document the entire loading process with photos
