🇪🇺 REACH Compliance (EU)
All materials and components comply with the EU REACH regulation (EC 1907/2006) concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. We ensure that no substances of very high concern (SVHC) are present above threshold levels.
🇺🇸 California Proposition 65
Products sold to the US market comply with California Proposition 65 requirements, ensuring that our golf bags do not contain chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity above safe harbor levels.
Market-Specific Compliance
We maintain compliance with additional regional standards including CPSIA (US children’s products), EN 71 (EU toy safety for junior bags), and OEKO-TEX textile safety standards where applicable.
Material & Component Testing
Every material and component used in our golf bags undergoes rigorous laboratory testing to ensure durability, safety, and performance under real-world conditions.
Zipper Durability Test
YKK zippers tested for 1,000+ open/close cycles with no failure. Pull force, slider durability, and teeth integrity verified at multiple temperature conditions.
Load-Bearing Test
Shoulder straps and carry handles tested to withstand 25kg+ sustained load with no seam failure or material stretching. Dynamic load cycling simulates years of real-world use.
Abrasion Resistance Test
Fabric and leather surfaces tested using Martindale and Taber abrasion methods to verify resistance to wear, scuffing, and surface degradation over extended use periods.
Waterproof Testing
Waterproof fabrics undergo hydrostatic head (water column) testing to verify water resistance ratings. Seam sealing integrity is verified through simulated rain exposure tests.
Stand Mechanism Test
Stand bag leg mechanisms tested for 5,000+ deploy/retract cycles to ensure reliable operation. Spring tension, locking mechanisms, and ground contact stability are all verified.
Color Fastness Test
Material colors tested for resistance to UV exposure, washing, rubbing, and perspiration using ISO 105 standards. Ensures colors remain vibrant throughout the product’s lifespan.

All materials are tested for harmful substances to ensure consumer safety and regulatory compliance across all target markets.
Lead & Cadmium Testing
All metal components, coatings, and pigments are tested for lead and cadmium content, complying with CPSIA (US), EN 71-3 (EU), and other applicable limits.
Phthalates Testing
All plasticized components (PVC, PU coatings, grips) are tested for phthalate content (DEHP, DBP, BBP, DINP, DIDP, DNOP) per REACH and CPSIA requirements.
AZO Dye Testing
All dyed fabrics and leather materials are tested for AZO dyes that may release carcinogenic aromatic amines, complying with EU Directive 2002/61/EC limits.
